Women's Choir is an ensemble that showcases the singing talents of women from all fields of study at the University of Washington. Our repertoire is eclectic, drawing from diverse sources that span from chants by Hildegard von Bingen to "Defying Gravity" from Wicked, by Stephen Schwartz. Most of us have experience singing in a high school, community, or church choir, but not all of us read music fluently. No audition is necessary, but we do place voices by listening to singers in small groups. Register for MUSEN 100C credit or no credit. Singing in Women's Choir is an excellent way to connect with other women in our university community. We meet Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:50 in Room 35. Please contact director for more information.
