Faculty violist Melia Watras presents a fascinating array of short works for the viola. Included on the program is a world premiere of Andrew Waggoner’s "Elle s’en fuit," written for Melia Watras, as well as pieces by J.S. Bach (arranged by Primrose), Rebecca Clarke, George Ensesco, Betsy Jolas, György Ligeti, Joan Tower, and Henri Vieuxtemps. Watras is joined onstage by pianist Kimberly Russ.
