Step 1: Apply
- Graduate students should apply directly through the School of Music website.
- Undergraduates should apply to the University of Washington.

Step 2: Undergraduate and Music Education Certification Auditions
- Undergraduates are required to audition on their primary instrument as well as for the Music Education faculty.
- Masters and Post-Baccalaureate students seeking Washington State Education Certification must audition for the Music Education faculty.
- Live auditions are held each year in January and February for admission the following fall.
